Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Salma Digital Atelier for your creative, mindful coloring experience. We are proud to offer instant access to our premium digital collections.
Because you are purchasing a digital product, traditional physical shipping does not apply. Please review the following terms regarding the delivery of your high-quality PDF coloring book.
1. No Shipping Fees
As all items in this section of our store are digital downloads, absolutely no shipping fees or delivery charges are applied to your order. The price you see for the digital product is the final price for delivery.
2. Immediate Email Delivery
Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive an automated email from ysultan84@icloud.com or Salma Digital Atelier to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will contain a secure link to download your purchase.
In most cases, this email is sent instantly (within minutes of your purchase).
3. What You Will Receive
For every digital product purchased, you will receive a single, unified, high-resolution (300 DPI), high-quality PDF file. This file is optimized for printing at home or viewing on a digital device. We ensure our PDFs maintain maximum crispness and detail for an exceptional coloring experience.
4. How to Access Your Download
1. Check the inbox of the email address used for the purchase.
2. Look for an email with a subject line similar to: "Your Salma Digital Atelier Purchase is Ready for Download."
3. Click the secure download link provided in the email.
4. Save the PDF directly to your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
5. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues
If you have not received your download email within 30 minutes of your purchase, please take the following steps:
Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes automated emails are misdirected by email filters.
Confirm Your Email Address: Ensure there was no typo in the email address provided during checkout.
Contact Us: If the email is not in your spam folder, please contact our support team immediately at ysultan84@icloud.com with your order number and full name, and we will manually resent your high-quality PDF file right away.
6. Important Technical Notes
Download Limits: For security purposes, download links may expire after a certain number of attempts or days. We recommend saving your file permanently to your device immediately. If your link expires before you can save the file, contact us for a refresh.
File Compatibility: A PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free) is required to open the file.
Copyright: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to print and color the pages. You may not distribute, sell, or share the digital file or printed pages with third parties.
