General Policy:

Because digital products are delivered instantly via email, once the high-quality PDF file has been sent, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds. All sales of digital downloads are final. Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase. For more details, see our full Refund Policy.

Exception Cases for Replacement or Refund:

We understand that technical issues can occur. In the following specific instances, we will work with you to correct the situation, either by providing a replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, a refund. Please report the issue within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase.

 The wrong product was sent by the merchant: You received a download link or file for a different collection than what was stated on your order confirmation.

 The PDF file is damaged: You are unable to open the file, or certain pages are unreadable due to a corruption of the file.

 The item was not delivered to the customer's email: You did not receive the automated delivery email with your download link. (Note: Customer must also check their spam or junk folder).

Procedure for Digital Product Issues:

If your digital purchase meets one of the exception cases above, please contact our Digital Support Team with your order number and email address. We will first attempt to replace the damaged or incorrect file by sending you a new high-quality PDF. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will process a refund onto your original mode of payment.
